The Light Pack Concept is a portable desk light that transforms into a handheld flashlight. Designed to produce consistent lighting for multiple types of work/settings and provide people with a source of light on the go! It was inspired by the lack of lighting on college campuses, along with the need to help keep students safe and encourage their ability to complete (school) work.

Reflection: I grew a lot during this project. I expanded my horizons on ways to ideate and prototype, and I overcame a lot of trial an error. In the end, I am very proud of the Light Pack Concept, but I believe there is a lot more to be done. I think I will need to start by accomplishing some more research on materials, what people want etc. From there I can re-prototype based on new measurements and aesthetics to hopefully come up with a new and improved model concept.
